SEforAll Global Forum 2022 promised to be a game changing event

The SEforAll Global Forum 2022 promised to be a game changing event with less talk and more action, stakeholders engagement, rolling up sleeve and getting the job done.

The SEforAll Global Forum 2022 promised to be a game changing event with less talk and more action, stakeholders engagement, rolling up sleeve and getting the job done. My observation and talking to participants at past events clearly point to a remarkably outstanding performance and display of professionalism, committment and leadership by Damilola Ogunbiyi and her SEforAll team. The SEforAllGF2022 exceed expectations on all performance metrics. “Africa can not carry the burden alone, especially giving that its emissions did not create the climate emergency. However, Africa will be part of the solution” states President Paul Kagame of Rwanda.

“Take a risk on Africa for Africa is ready for business. It is the only continent with potential double digit returns on investment. The promise have to come quickly” states Damilola Ogunbiyi.

Team Energy Africa a SDG 7 initiative for Africa powered by United Nations Economic Commission for Africa UNECA, SEforAll and African Energy Chambers actively participated at the #SEforALLForum. Represented by Abdur-Rasheed Omidiya of African Energy Chamber, Linus Mofor and Mekalia Paulos of UNECA and Yaye Catherine Diop the Country Enabler for Senegal. Working together to accelerate making energy poverty history in Africa.
