Equatorial Guinea has seen a change in its cabinet with former GEPetrol Managing Director, Antonio Oburu Ondo, appointed Minister of Mines and Hydrocarbons and H.E. Gabriel Mbaga Obiang Lima moving to the Ministry of Economy and Planning.
