
Pablo Memba is CEO of GML, an energy and infrastructure consulting firm that has a successful track record of brokering and executing more than 30 public/private joint venture and investment projects valued at over US$5 billion. During Mr. Memba’s 25-plus years providing management consulting, negotiation, business development and strategic business services to the oil and gas, power, and construction sectors, he has advised international firms, multinationals and start-up ventures on all phases of project development.
Additionally, Mr. Memba has served as a key expert and advisor to ministries in Equatorial Guinea and Angola on oil and gas sector reform, and has led their programs to increase foreign investment and competition. He is recognized for successfully developing joint ventures with several oil services companies in Equatorial Guinea and implementing renewable energy and gas projects in China and Trinidad and Tobago. Having lived and worked in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, the U.S. and the Caribbean, Mr. Memba is fluent in Spanish, English, French and Mandarin.
