Job requirements

• 5 years retail petrochemical experience • Audit experience • Knowledge of South African oil & gas regulation, specifications • Knowledge of Industry Global and Local specifications • Experience in Incident investigation and Root Cause Analysis will be an advantage • Ability to and, experience in creating and conducting training and coaching • Strong Client facing skills • Ability to plan and execute projects • Ability to Create Reports and present to client and management team with recommendations

Key responsibilities

• Audit, compile and implement Remedial Action Plans and provide assurance on core FMC mandatory accountabilities of the contract, including asset information requirements and CEI. Reporting back on such. • Provide, training and coaching in support of core client specifications, principles, processes and deliverables. Assess, manage and implement growth paths of FMC resources against the competency matrix (As Is vs To Be [RAP]). • Special project scoping, management and delivering special projects within timeline, cost and quality KPIs as agreed and defined with clients • Support in contractor onboarding, management and accreditation processes • Create, map, implement and manage and improve policies, processes and templates • Identify, manage and minimsze contractual risk according to best practices, regulations and client requirements • Jointly lead incident investigations, information gathering and template completion and client notifications. • Leverage technology to implement process improvements • Equipment specification management and implementation • TCO model creation of asset types • Maintain, provide assurance on and take ownership of On Key data structures and master data – On Key data administrator and superuser • Management of the AMP and MYP process, including asset information integrity assurance
