#WomenInEnergy social media campaign
The Chamber is proud to announce that it will be relaunching its #WomenInEnergy social media campaign which aims to honor women in the sector.
From the this month, we will be hosting a Twitter & LinkedIn series shining a spotlight on women energy leaders and showcasing all the outstanding work they do in the energy sector.
We ask you to:
Kindly respond to one of the below questions through a 30-second video or a quote:
- Why is it important to have more women occupying leadership roles in the energy sector?
- A message to women that inspire you in the energy sector
- A message to women celebrating women’s achievements
- A message to women smashing stereotypes
- A message to women challenging bias
- A message to women reinforcing commitment

All videos will be shared on our social media account, we kindly ask you to assist us in making this campaign a success by taking part. Your actions may help inspire and motivate young women to keep challenging gender bias, inequality, and other socio-economic challenges that women across the world face day-to-day.

The theme for this year’s International Women’s Month – is CHOOSE TO CHALLENGE and is a call to action for all to choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. Visit @internationalwomensday_global for more resources on how you take part in this year’s celebrations.
